Chaumet unveils Jewels by Nature High Jewelry collection

LVMH owned Historic French luxury jewelry and watchmaking house Chaumet has unveiled its latest High Jewelry collection, 'Jewels by Nature' ('Joyaux par Nature') - a breathtaking tribute to the vibrant beauty of flora and fauna.

Presented with a runway show at the sumptuous villa El Bosque in Marbella during a gala dinner on June 18, amidst a host of celebrities and friends of the Maison, the new collection showcases Chaumet's incomparable jewelry excellence and savoir-faire.

Crafted at it's historic 12 Place Vendome workshop, it comprises of 54-pieces celebrating nature's eternal cycles through three distinct chapters: everlasting, ephemeral, and reviving.

The first chapter 'Everlasting Flora', showcases resilient plants like wild rose, clover, fern, and field star. Standout pieces include a transformable ring featuring a 5.02-carat Fancy Vivid Yellow VS1 diamond, evoking the delicate petals of a wild rose, and a sumptuous necklace depicting oats and field stars, crafted over 1,300 hours with articulated yellow gold and yellow diamonds totaling 8.32 carats.

The second chapter 'ephemeral nature', captures fleeting moments of beauty in blooms like sword lilies, carnations, and sweet shrubs. A transformable necklace of blue sapphires, crafted over 1,500 hours, a Arbre aux anemones necklace, crafted nearly 1,000 hours, features 10mm freshwater pearls with a pink luster and a 44.23-carat cushion-cut spinel, and seven brooches, inspired by the bee with their honeycomb motifs adorned with diamonds and colorful gems

The third chapter 'resurgent nature is inspired by Empress Josephine's beloved magnolia, iris, dahlia, and water lily. Highlights include a dahlia tiara with removable rosette, an iris parure accented with 24.36 carats of Vietnamese spinels, and s magnolia parure, with a necklace centered by a 5.26-carat pear-shaped diamond that took 1,150 hours to craft.
